In 2024, some of nona’s resident artists gave the bar in our Golden Hall a makeover, creating the intimate, warm atmosphere of an authentic New York jazz club. (For the quiz enthusiasts amongst you: our club name, Nova Express, is a cheeky nod to William Burroughs’ trippy book and to John Zorn’s iconic album.)

At Nova Express, top-notch live jazz and relaxed conviviality come together seamlessly. Settle into the intimate setting and kick off the evening at our fully stocked bar. Let yourself be surprised by our new menu of delicious finger food, which Chef Laura will personally serve to you at your table.

Your host for this season is saxophonist Adia Vanheerentals. Adia brings together a host of big international names and the absolute must-hears from the Belgian scene on our stage. She has put together an exciting programme of no fewer than 17 concert evenings (and counting...) on which we welcome you with open arms.
