From 20 September 2024 onwards, Contour presents duo exhibition Run-through, based on the encounter between artists Jelena Jureša and Aernout Mik. Jelena Jureša relates in her films individual stories to collective processes of oblivion and remembrance, while Aernout Mik’s audiovisual installations chart the formation and transformation of group behaviours. By presenting new and recent works, they sketch a critical portrait of the society and culture in which we live. Run-through reflects on historical facts, European contemporary matters and political narratives.
