With special attention to the past and how it carries the seeds of any moment in time within it, particular questions will be situated in contemporary Belgium: who is writing the history of colonisation and migrations, who is struggling for decolonisation, and who is creating the futurity of blackness within Europe.
Contributors to the first phase are: Amandine Gay, Black Speaks Back, Black(s) to the Future, Cadine Navarro, Enough Room for Space, Fallon Mayanja, Greyzone Zebra, Laura Nsengiyumva, Monique Mbeka Phoba, Picha, Saddie Choua, The Black Archives, and The Writer's Bench.
