For our the above price chart we started from the following premisses:
- When renting the forum as a meeting room, we provide a simple beamer and a projection screen on request. Water, coffee and tea are available. The maximum capacity for meetings is 25 people. The price is calculated for a morning or afternoon meeting of maximum four hours. Full day price on request.
- When renting the rooms for larger events (+25 persons) we provide service at the bar as a standard. You can rent these rooms free of catering. Drinks are to be bought at nona. The current season's menu card determines the price of drinks.
- When renting one of the two main auditoria, the other rooms of the building are always included. In the golden auditorium these are the bar and forum, in the old auditorium this are the bar and foyer. As a standard, the grandstands of the auditoria are pulled-out and the floors are protected with black carpet. Simple technical support, such as illuminating a speaker or providing a microphone and tripod, is included in the price. For more detailed technical requirements (concerts, performances), extra furniture or catering, we will be happy to make you a tailor-made offer.
Auditorium rent is possible throughout the season, i.e. from September to June. Being an arts centre, nona will always give priority to the artistic planning. In the months of July and August, nona is not open to the public and therefore auditorium hire is not possible.
